世界で最も倫理的な企業９９社が発表されました

企業倫理や企業の社会的責任（ＣＳＲ）を専門とする
国際的シンクタンク、米エシスフィア・インスティテュートが、
世界で最も倫理的な企業９９社を発表しました。

評価基準は
・コーポレート・ガナバンス(企業統治)
・産業内におけるリーダーシップ
・福利に貢献する技術革新
・CSR活動(社会・環境活動）
・経営のリーダーシップ、誠実な業務実績と評判
・企業内部の統制と倫理
の7つだそうです。

さて、気になる日本からの選出企業は
・トヨタ自動車
・リコー
・花王
・損害保険ジャパン
・日本郵船
でした。

こういった基準で働きがいのある会社を探す方も
多いでしょうから、すごく貴重な調査ですね。

資本主義においては、どうしても大企業に
お金が集まりやすい構造があると思います。

その集まったお金をしっかりと社会に還元して
社会全体に良い循環が生まれることを意識できるか、
というのは企業の姿勢を見る上でとても重要なこと
ではないでしょうか。

しかも、この不景気の中でその姿勢を貫けた企業
は本当に偉大だと思います。

そのような企業がしっかりと評価される社会、
そして、そのような企業が増えていく社会、
であってほしいですね＾＾
